Returns Procedure & Instructions

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your order, please follow the instructions below carefully. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be delayed or subject to deductions.

Packaging requirements

Your item must be returned unused and in ALL original packaging.

• The outer brown carton must be included, or replaced with a suitable protective carton
• Inner packaging must be complete and in clean, resalable condition
• Do not apply parcel tape directly to product or branded packaging
• Corner protectors and inserts must be retained and reused
• Returns sent in inner packaging only are likely to be damaged and may affect your refund

Returns process

Include inside the parcel

• Your name and address
• Your order number (where possible)
• Your contact details

A packing slip is ideal. Returns without identification may be delayed.

How to send your return

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

• Royal Mail / Parcelforce via the Post Office
• Courier services such as Interparcel
• www.parcel2go.co.uk 

The return remains your responsibility until it is safely received by us.

Return timeframe

You have 14 days to notify us of your return and a further 14 days to send the item back. Returns outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
