All orders are dispatched from the UK using tracked and insured courier services. We focus on fast, secure delivery with clear expectations at every stage.
Delivery process
UK delivery details
- Orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Thu) are processed for dispatch
- No collections or dispatches take place on Fridays
- Delivery typically takes up to 3 working days from dispatch
- All parcels are sent via tracked and insured courier services
Important information
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout
- Failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may delay your order
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks once dispatched

IMPORTANT!
What happens if I rearrange my delivery directly with Royal Mail or another courier?
If you choose to change your delivery after your order has been dispatched, such as requesting a redelivery, changing the delivery date, selecting a Safeplace, nominating a neighbour, or arranging collection from a local delivery office, these instructions are made directly between you and the courier.
Once a delivery change has been requested, we no longer have access to the courier's delivery management system and are unable to view, amend, cancel, or override any delivery instructions. We are also unable to contact the local delivery office to alter arrangements on your behalf.
If you experience any issues after requesting a delivery change, the courier is the only party able to assist while the parcel remains within their network. We therefore recommend contacting them directly using your tracking number.
REFUSED - RETURNS
If a parcel is refused by the recipient, is subject to repeated failed delivery attempts, or is otherwise returned to us due to circumstances within the customer's control, any original delivery charge is non refundable, as the delivery service has already been performed. Where the courier charges us to return the parcel, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return carriage cost, currently up to £9.00, from any refund. This deduction reflects the costs incurred by us and is not a penalty charge.
Once the returned parcel has been received back at our warehouse, we will process any applicable refund or, if requested, arrange for the order to be dispatched again. Please note that any reshipment will require a new delivery charge to cover the cost of sending the parcel a second time.
