Beautiful chess set

"I must start with a disclaimer of bias - Leningrad chess pieces are my favourite. I already have an acacia set with the same board and a fancier box bought from Official Staunton about four years ago and I just thought another set in black would be a wonderful addition - and they are. The board is fairly standard and the box (essential for pieces of such quality), while plain, is sturdy and roomy. The pieces themselves are, of course, just amazingly beautiful - substantial yet graceful, weighty and felted - altogether a superb set of chess pieces. If you are looking for a stunningly handsome, grown-up chess set you will be pleased with these."
